Salustri and Associates was established in 2004 by Gianfranco Salustri who, having practised for over 30 years in the profession, has accumulated an extensive knowledge and understanding of tax and company law.

Over the years, the firm has focused its activities mainly on those areas considered to be strategic for the development and organisation of businesses in relation to the realities and variations of both the domestic and international economy. In particular we work routinely giving advice in the following areas: businesses in financial difficulty, insolvency and creditor agreements, M&A activity, company valuation, domestic and international tax planning, auditing, copyright and conflict management.
